To implement our commitment, MADPCB is committed to:

 

  • Follow the related international norms of social responsibilities, and local government promulgated the labor, environment protection and labor safety laws and regulations, as well as fulfills the corporate social responsibility.
  • Maintain employee human right, ensure their safety and promote physical and mental health in order to protect employee and interest of partners.
  • Implement of the commitment against environment safety policy, take into account both business growth and environmental protection, to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
  • Compliance suppliers, ask them to meet the standard of social responsibility policies.
  • Counseling suppliers, ask them to meet the standard of social responsibility policies.
  • Maintain and promote the long-term relationship between corporation, employee, union, partners and other good neighbors.

Labor

 

  • No Child Labor: For the protection of children, it is not allowed to employ a worker below the age of 15 or the country minimum legal age whichever is more stringent.
  • No Forced Labor: There shall be no forced labor and other related coercion, including but not limited to: corporal punishment, mental of physical coercion, verbal abuse, lodge deposit of money and/or identity cards, passports, or other illegal coercion to work.
  • Working Hours and Remuneration: Employee must be entitled to working hours that adhere to local laws and industry standards, but due to demand fluctuation and considered the seasoning factor, partially adhere to law regarding overtime hours may be observed. However, they are surely provided with reasonable time off and overtime compensation. We are committed to remuneration policy in accordance with local laws, no less than the local minimum wage standards, and enjoys the statutory benefits.
  • Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining
  • All personnel shall have the right to form, join, and organize trade unions of their choice and to bargain collectively on their behalf with the company. The company shall respect this right, and shall effectively inform personnel that they are free to join an organization of their choosing and that their doing so will not result in any negative consequences to them, or retaliation, from the company. The company shall not in any way interfere with the establishment, functioning, and administration of such workers’ organizations or collective bargaining.
  • We shall provide communication channels and ensure that any personnel are not subjected to discrimination, harassment or intimidation to ensure that employees can communicate with the company.
  • No Discrimination: Employing units of The Company is prohibited from discriminating against any job application or employee of their job application, compensation decision, promotion, training opportunity and other related welfare rights on the basis of race, national origin, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union membership and disability unless the special conditions of working environment and/or reasonable discretion for employee protection.

 

Health and Safety

 

  • Every employee must be allowed to work in a safe and healthy work environment, consistent with the requirements of related Labor Safety and Health laws, safe and healthy work environment standard to prevent workers from an occupational accident at work, and reducing the risk factors of working environment.

 

Environment

 

  • We are committed to compliance with ISO 14001, or we should establish a systematic environmental management system that provides a complete proof of its continuous improvement of environmental conditions. We are focus on the integration of environmental management and operations to provide high quality products, service and high-value customer service.

 

Management System

 

  • We shall adopt or establish the scope and content of the management system on this agreement. We should ensure the management system meets the following requirements.
  • We are consistent with the company’s product regulations and customer requirements.
  • We comply with the relevant provisions of this commitment.
  • We should identify and reduce the commitment concerned with the management risk. In addition, the management system needs a continuous improvement.

 

Ethics

 

  • Business Integrity: Must be ethically, honestly, integrity to implement and perform its obligations, and required all employees to avoid conflicts and interest arise from personal work.
  • No improper Advantage: Must require all employees against offering and accepting any form from of interest from corporate partners, especially these interests may endanger business objective and impartial decision. And avoid violating the principle of business integrity, including bribery, fraud and so on.
  • Disclosure of information: Without violating the company premise and legal norm, the company will initiatively and integrality announces any communication content with the stakeholders.
  • Intellectual property rights: All employee should promise to abide with related laws and regulations to intellectual property rights.
  • Fair Business, advertising and competition: Commitment to fair trade, not to use any forms of false advertising and unlawful competition to complete in the market.

 

Conflict-free Metal Policy

 

  • Conflict metals are metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), palladium (Pd) and tin (Sn) derived from minerals being sourced from mines in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) conflict areas which are controlled by non-government military groups, or unlawful military factions the coverage on human rights violations in the DRC and environmental issues resulting from the extraction of minerals. As a member of the electronic industry supply chain, we will perform its corporate social responsibility. Aside from abiding by the code of conduct by EICC, we have commitment for not using or purchasing any kind of conflict metals which output from the DRC, for our product manufacturing.

 

The Policy of Supply Chain Security Management

 

  • Comply with all safety regulations and supply chain security issues which customers’ requirements.
  • Ensure the safety of customers’ products in the process of production and transportation security of supply.
  • Protect intellectual property and the trade secret, business and technology related information of customer, suppliers and the 3rd party, not to disclose them to any 3rd party without permission.
  • Enhance the quality of business partners’ supply chain security in order to fulfill the instructions of supply chain security management.
  • Implement the supply chain of crisis management and incident recovery immediately.
  • Execute the supply chain risk management and continuous improvement of supply chain security system.
