Embedded Resistor and Capacitor into PCB

New electronics designs are requiring greater functionality to fit into smaller, more portable products, and the number of passive devices required for these products has increased significantly. The passive elements are an integral part of the PCB substrate, they are called Embedded PCB or Embedded Passives. In PCB manufacturing industry, most embedded passives are embedded resistors and embedded capacitors, which are formed in internal copper layers of multilayer PCB using standard PCB subtractive process.
