PCB lamination is a manufacturing process in multilayer PCB fabrication, the inner layers, PP or bonding sheet, and outer layers (or coverlay layers) are registered and stacked up together, then are subjected to under temperature (180°C) and pressure (275-400 psi) to bond them.
