Leadless Ceramic Chip Carrier (LCCC), the same as Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC, or Ceramic LCC), is a ceramic, hermetically-sealed integrated circuit package commonly used for military applications. Instead of leads, the package has metallized areas ‘castellation’ on four sides for interconnecting to the substrate.
