What’s TQFP Package?
Thin Quad Flat Pack (TQFP) is a surface-mount IC package with gull wing leads on all four sides of the package body. It is basically a thinner version of the MQFP and LQFP.
Thin Quad Flat No-lead (TQFN)
This package comes in different body sizes that range from 5 mm square to 20 mm square. The lead counts, on the other hand, range from 32 to 176. Typical lead pitch values used are: 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.65 mm, 0.80 mm, and 1.0 mm. A typical Thin QFP has a body thickness of 1.0 mm.
