Stackup, also called Stack-up. A stackup is defined with a number of copper layers and insulating layers (solder mask, PP, adhesive, EMI) that make up a PCB before designing the final layout of the board. Through the stack-up, people understand the thickness of each layer, and the overall thickness of a PCB. See Buildup.
